where to buy monthly bergen-hudson lightrail monthly pass+parking? (Bayonne: home, option to buy)

I called njtransit, and they keep telling me i can buy the monthly lightrail ticket+parking combo at each station's ticket machine.

I must be in the twlight zone or something, because i went to the 34th street lightrail station at bayonne, and for the life of me cannot find an option to buy a monthly pass+parking at the ticket machine. I asked the passengers there too, and noone seem to know.

Does anyone have any idea?

I don't know about Bayonne, but you can buy the lightrail ticket/parking combo at the Liberty Science Center stop. The parking passes are up for grabs starting on the 20th of each month (so March's parking pass is available starting Feb. 20th), and from what I understand, they sell out within the first couple of hours.

you should be able to get the combo ticket at the vending machine near parking lot at 34th street. you won't be able to find the option if you go to the machine at the plateform.

Are you serious? so i should be there at midnight to buy the monthly parking ticket?

For liberty state park, yes, the monthly parking will be gone in hours. You can start purchasing the monthly ticket at 5pm or 6pm on the day of 19th in previous month. Therefore, my husband usually get the ticket on his way home on the 19th. If you don't get the monthly, you still can get the daily parking every day.

i went yesterday, found the "special" machines at the parking lot and got my monthly pass. VICTORY AT LAST!!!!
