O wow, if I had 20 million dollars in my hands right now i would definitely not give Weehawken a 2nd look. Alpine has such nicer properties and it's location with NYC is just as good as Weehawken (Weehawken= Tunnel, Alpine= Bridge)
Alpine is just so much more safe too.

I wouldn't mind Weehawken if i had 1 million dollars in my hand. But it's just not comparable to Alpine.

It sounds like you're comparing apples and oranges.

Go with Alpine.

I would definitely not even hesitate between Weehawken and Alpine... Alpine all the way.

Convenient to both tunnels
Lower taxes
Bigger property
More relaxed area

No comparison to me

Bubble Hill (Eddie Murphy's house) is in the East Hill section of Englewood. I know this for a fact because my brother-in-law lives down the street. It was on the market for several years. In fact, I'm not sure if he ever found a buyer or not.

They thought they were tough stuff, but guarantee you go tell them to play against kids from weehawken they would wet their diapers

They only act tough around other rich kids

but you can make your own decision
Simply put, if you've got a family (kid's) choose Alpine, but if you're single and obviously you've got the money if your mentioning Alpine in the equation, then buy a condo on the waterfront in Weehawken and you get it all, nightlife-Hoboken,NYC ,pool, view, all the amenities. You'll never regret it. By far, Weehawken is the place to be, if you're single.
