Default Real Estate Agents in Burlington County

I'm looking for a real estate agent in the Burlington County area. We need someone that is very knowledgable about the area since we are new. Any suggestions?

Hi. Can you narrow it down to a town? It's best to get a realtor who specializes in a certain town as opposed to a county.

We have looked in Cinnaminson, Delran and Delanco so far. We liked these areas, but like I said we're new to the area so we don't know too much about any of the towns.

Billy,

I sent you a pm about our agent. I referred another C-D poster to our agent and they were quite pleased as were we.

GL!

Shanny

Make sure that if you sign a contract that the agent is only representing you in those areas. If you change counties or even to the east of Burlington County, you want someone that specializes in that area.

Someone that knows Delran might not know Pemberton (example)

I would never sign a contract regardless and if the agent requires it then I get another agent.
I also would never screw an agent over that was helping me.

Some want one while others don't.
Agents are getting screwed over which is why they are protecting themselves.

There are also ways to sign a contract for just the houses you looked at with one agent, some do that as well. This way, if you don't want to be tied down with one agent, if you agree to sign one for houses you see in that one day, you can do that too.
