And how do you "non-liberals" propose to correct this problem?

Amen to that! How does a hospital justify $19K for a one night stay?? And why do ins. companies agreee to pay that! Blows my mind!!! Just had someone near and dear to me go in for back surgery...the surgery was about 6K and the hospital charges were 19K!

The 19K overnight is because the hospitals are trying to make up for all the "non-insured" people. Indigent folks are the main reason hospitals are failing. Do you remember the old TV show MASH episode where about 10 local people came in for care with the exact same ID card?

Question.....can someone tell me which clause in the US Constitution promises us free health care?

Sure- it is the same clause that promises everyone a home, car, welfare, food stamps and everything else that people think they are entitiled to.

Health care should not be considered a LUXURY! It should be free for all!

Umm nothing is ever "free". Someone pays for it one way or another. Whom do you suggest pays for "free" healthcare for all?

It should be a right not a luxury - I would be willing to pay higher taxes if it included health care - money to the people - for the people not some private health ins. company who's primary purpose is to make a profit - profit often gained by denying coverage / life saving proceedures to it's insureds!
