Oh i see now for #4. on the web it says we can register with an approved hiring hall. I suppose then if we want to we can.
So all in all, we can call jobs in the paper and list them, send resumes online and list the email address as the contact and call jobs of disired places you wanna work even if not listed . So no one is forcing us to take jobs we dont want, or qualify for right? I get all this panic from reading alot of these posts.

stop panicing, I filled out six jobs, 3 in the paper local community, one on craigslist, one I went to in person, one was on another website. Its really not a big deal, the point is just mail your damn resumes and write that. They are not calling and checking everything you put down. I did not post any resumes on any sites, I did not post a resume with NJ workforce and I have received my first eb check. I did do what I listed on the yellow form. Stop worrying.
I even went thru the phone book called two places and listed those with the names of who I talked too.

Interstate Claim Question....
hi everyone!!
im new here so thank you for reading. i have a missouri unemployment claim and i have recently exhausted my tier II benefits. i read yesterday that the house here passed the tur trigger and it is expected to pass in the senate as well which means missouri will qualify for EB in the next week or two, with the bill being retroactive from february 22 of this year.
my question is this. i currently live in a neighboring state that does not qualify for EB and thus will only be eligible for two weeks of the missouri EB once it is enacted. if i move to a state that is in EB, i will qualify for the entore benefit via an interstate claim. what can i expect if i go to california as far as my missouri calim? will missouri want me to go in person to a california DWP office to register or whatever or is it all over the internet now or do they do nothing and just tell you to keep making claims each week?
while i received my tier II benefits i moved out of state and didnt have to do anything except file each week. missouri even had a report in person every four weeks rule and that was obviously waived too. i didnt have to report to an office in my new state.
just wondering what i can expect as i definitely need to be sure im in a position to receive the most benefit possible and protect myself.
thank you all for reading and responding!!
AC

FYI ALL: EB is extended today, May 3rd, to 20 weeks for NJ.
Question to those starting EB: The yellow form that you list your jobs search. I guess there are dates as to when you applied for the jobs? Do the dates have to be from the week you send the form in?

Hello taurus430,
Where are you getting this info from . The NJ Website still says 13 weeks. My EB form shows only 13 weeks balance.
You have to make and show 3 searches every week. So you need to show 6 searches for 2 weeks for the friday you mail the form.
