That was funny!! But sadly true. I noticed you tried to open a new GA thread on this topic but it didnt get 1 post b4 it was closed. Also we did get a raw deal from the mod. We had plenty more to add to the topic. Being that the thread was locked the day b4 the dol was to mail the letters we've been waiting on.

I listed 4 jobs as my searches thru the internet and listed internet address, co. name, and outcome and then i listed 2 jobs i phoned. for them i listed phone number , employer name , contact name and outcome. I just couldnt put the whole street address and city no room where i put the employer name is this ok?

fine, try at least to put down the town name for example, Shoprite, Franklin however what you put down is fine. By hiring hall I believe thats for the Unions sounds like that too me.

I took off the job agency i listed and put another job i called instead. Also, I typed up all the info that I also wrote on the tiny yellow form we have to send in. I had to wite out a few lines when i messed them up trying to fit in the city and writing so small. So , i just typed a small memo with all the same info and i'm mailing it along with my filled out yellow form. I hope this is ok with uem. It's just a backup for them if for some reason they cant read my chicken scratch. It should be ok right Steve M?

I finally got concerned and called on Monday the 11th. To my amazement, I got right through. First I was told that beings as I am in Florida, that I am only entitled to 2 weeks of EB - UNLESS the state I am in is also in EB "on period". This is also on the very bottom of my big yellow paper with the eligibility requirements. I started to panic, paced around a bit, and called back. Got transferred to a man who told me he was unaware of any such "rule". I checked the website while he was on the phone, and it said the exact same set of "rules"... with the EXCEPTION of the last sentence about out of state claimants getting only 2 weeks of EB..
THEN he tells me it was because of the "reason for discharge' on my initial claim, and that it was still being decided if I was eligible.
Well, obviously if my appeal was accepted and I received my initial claim, there was valid reason.
The guy said it's basically a "waiting game" at this point.
PS - Florida has been on "EB status" since mid March from what I am reading..
Maybe someone in NJ hasn't gotten the memo?
