Default moving to dayton nj

Hi, my husband will be working in Dayton NJ . We have a child in middle school so we are looking for a family friendly town with good schools. My husband does not mind commuting up to 45 minutes to work. We would be renting and would like to keep rent around 1,000.00 - 1,350.00 a month. Any help would be very appreciated. Thank you!

You might also check out Cranbury NJ, (5-10 miles away from Dayton). It's a great little town with wonderful elementary schools and they send their kids to Princeton High School which is very highly rated.
I'm not too sure how many rentals are available but you can check realtor.com with the zip 08512. Part of East Windsor shares that zip code but they have their own school district so make sure the property is actually in Cranbury.

West Windsor is about 15 miles away from Dayton and also has a great school district, their zip is 08550.

Robbinsville is a great suggestion! They have a brand new High School, if I'm not mistaken the first senior class graduates this spring, but it has had promising reviews.
Robbinsville will also have more rental options (zip 08691).

Good Luck!

I forgot to mention Plainsboro, NJ. It shares a school district with West Windsor.
The West Windsor Plainsboro district typically ranks very well in the State and Plainsboro has a number of rental opportunities.
An easy commute from Plainsboro to Dayton.
Look up rentals in the 08536 zip code area!

Dayton, NJ is part of South Brunswick. I happen to live in Dayton. While I don't have children in the school system, I can tell you it is a Blue Ribbon system in the state with an excellent record. Some other sections of South Brunswick include Monmouth Junction, Deans, and Kendall Park.

There is a large apartment complex along Route 522 called Southridge Woods that may fit your needs. Just make sure you get a third floor corner if you do go this route.

If you have questions about Dayton, feel free to post of send me a PM. And no, I am not a realtor.

South Brunswick are some of the best schools in the central Jersey area. The high school is brand new, and South Brunswick is a generally good area. Low crime, excellent police, etc. etc.

You may want to investigate East Garden Apartments as well. that's on 522 and Georges road. They only have 2 BR apartments but I think they are in your price range.

Your alternative is the massive apartment Sprawls in Plainsboro, specifically Raven's Crest, etc.
