Hi, does anybody knows anything about school bus to Strathmore elementary? I called to BOE and transportation dept and didnt get answers... Somebody even said its full or we are not allowed...

If I recall it's extra cost. Not included in real estate taxes. |

Thanks. I think its kinda rip off high taxes and nothing back... Well Ill go for Old Bridge then or Parlin even East Brunswick...

Depends on your price, but check out Lakeridge (just off 516 on the other side of Lake Lefferts). Same homes as Stratmore, but larger. Plus we have a private pool just for the development. |

I was looking for a 10 years old house in safe area, plus walking distance to a bus stop to NYC, budget 400K. I thougt that I found one taxes little bit higer than I planned, but affordable... But this school bus ruined everyting we didnt care at school starts later 9:30am here in NYC it 8:00am. First we had problem bus stop, now its a school bus... lol Thanks for advice but we decided to stay away from Matawan and go for Old Bridge theres some communities that I tried to avoid bu I dont see another solution. I hope theres better school bus situation...lol
