Hmmmm, where do you want to travel to? There is a bus terminal in Toms River just off the parkway Exit 81 north, and the nearest train station is in Bay Head going north but you can't purchase tickets there. The nearest ticket counter is at the next stop, in Point Pleasant.

There is no train from Toms River and at Bay Head You can buy one way and round trip tickets on the train w/o a penalty but if you need to buy other passes you can ge them in Point pleasant or when you get you off the train whether its NWK/NYC or Hoboken and use the machines or agents. In PPB they charge for Parking in the station lot now

If you are looking for a bus/train between Toms River and Bradley Beach there isn't any.

You can get a train between Bradley Beach and Pt. Pleasant which is North of TR or to Bayville which is just South of Toms River but I don't think there are buses from either of those train stations to Toms River.

As stated above, there is a bus station in Toms River if you are trying to get somewhere else.
