Default Towns in New Jersey...

What's the opinion on Bayonne? Do a lot of the Houses here not have Central A/C systems and rely on radiators for heat?

What about Woodland Park? Did they change their name from West Patterson because they didn't want to be associated with the town of Patterson?

I have looked at real estate websites and found a house priced at $350,000 in Woodland Park with a property tax of $6,200. I have also found a house in Rumson priced at $1,100,000 with a property tax of $11,000. It seems the property tax system in New Jersey is quite weird.

it's still West Paterson in my book. One "t" not 2. you're clearly from out-of-state. and yeah, that's pretty much the reason. which is stupid, because everyone from Jersey knows that West Paterson is a nice town, and Paterson is of course the crap shoot. is that name change official yet, i heard somewhere it's not going to take affect until later on or something

yea it is official.

Bayonne is a pretty solid area and right near NYC. A lot of houses in NJ in general dont have central air.
