Need Burlington county help (Springfield, Marlton: real estate, apartment, condos)

Hello, i love city-data used it before i rented my last apartment,this is my first post so hopefully it will be informative. My wife and I are 24 and 25 we make between 75-80000 a year, and we have a 10 month old daughter and want to have more kids. i was wondering what areas are best id love moorestown, but its still too expensive for us i believe. Are there any places in that area affordable like 250k, or are there any other burlington county towns similar to moorestown except more affordable. schools are somewhat important, but by the time it really matters im sure my wife and i will have moved to a second home already. Wife works near flemington i near eatontown so commutes will not be great either way. any help advice would be so great. thanks anyone who posts.

If you're willing to settle for Townhouse/Condo, then Mount Laurel is good place with decent school, obviously not as good as Moorestown.

For the most part 250K in that area equals a decent townhome or perhaps a cape, smallish rancher or small colonial. Mount Laurel is the best place to look, next door to Moorestown, good schools, great shopping and location. Look in Ramblewood and see if there's anything. The best deal and lowest taxes will be had in Hainesport, a bit farther down on 38 after Mount Laurel. Schools are fair, not great, but housing is more reasonable and probably a decent investment due to location. You can also check Marlton/Evesham on the other side of Mount Laurel, lots of condos but taxes will be higher, housing more expensive and the area is more congested.

look closely at Cinnaminson. Great schools, great neighborhoods, fair housing prices, fair taxes. Great place to raise kids..

Well considering where u guys work I would recommend Florence,Bordentown, or Springfield township.. northern burlington county has some nice clean neighborhoods and they're all minutes to exit 6 or 7

oh jeeze i missed his part of where they work. Forget cinnaminson and go with what dhanu86 recommends.

Furthest I'd go is Burlington but that's me. Burlington city is somewhat like Mooretown only the homes are small not so much greenery not where NFL stars live and more affordable. Burlington Township has homes in that price range like this one

Northern burlington county has seen new developments over the past years probably being affordable between northjersey/phila easy to 195 via 295 but not over-populated. Mansfield has some nice new fancy homes but probably to costly, Florence is small town near many plants not comparible to Moorestown, Bordentown is cute and very convenient to central jersey. These towns don't experience heavy traffic neither, i've seen quite a few in this area when my parents were house-shopping 3 years back. They ended up buying in Burlington Township 5 minutes off exit 6.
