Question Looking for an Apartment in Burlington County

Hello, I'm brand new here and currently looking for an apartment for my husband and I in Burlington County. I looked at a bunch of places this past weekend and have narrowed it down to these:

Hunter's Chase ~ Marlton

Nieuw Amsterdam ~ Marlton

Summit & Stirling Court ~ Mount Laurel

The Village at Voorhees ~ Voorhees

Echelon Glen ~ Voorhees

Does Anyone have any experience with these places? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

TIA

Hey. I lived in Echelon Glenn from 03-06. The Village is right next to it. Both are green, nice sidewalks and walkable to the Echelon Mall and the county library which made it the best place I ever lived as far as conveinent. School system is among the best. It's near Lindenwold station which goes into center city. Parking was never a problem. U can walk around midnight and feel safe. Prices are reasonable, area is fairly diverse. It's right near whitehorse pike which goes into haddonfield and berlin. Has a couple theaters within 5 miles one for younger croud and one more mature croud kinda movies. It's a short drive to Marlton and 73. One thing though is that the heat bill is determined by adding it up from all 500 or so units and divided by 500 so u have no control over the bill.

Thank you so much for the first hand info from your experience living there! I stumbled on to the village when I went specifically to look at Echelon Glen and was impressed by the staff and layout of the place. I wasn't told about the electric bill being divided like that, that's kind of odd. I saw how close the train was and thought that would be great for going into philly. My DH is military are there many military families living there?

Again, thank you so much for your input!

ETA: What part of Echelon did you live in? I thought the area by the lake was nice.

I don't remember seeing any military there. They're pretty much spread throughout south jersey or centered around burlington county if they're active. I lived near the pond off lucas lane, the ducks hiss at people occasionally and crap all over the sidewalk sometimes, the pond isn't the cleanest but was nice seeing. The walkway over the pond leads to the mall. If he is working near McGuire the commute may be bad as i295 isnt very accessible from there.
