Default Looking for names for good real estate attorney and home inspector in Central Jersey

Hi,

I have recently started to look for homes and i want to have real estate attorney and home inspector identified before i present offers. Can someone suggest good real estate attorney and home inspector in central Jersey?

What part of Central NJ? I would think you want an attorney close to where your going to buy the home at.

I used us inspect. David Moir, Sr was the inspector. He was very very good. Prices were very reasonable. He took tons of pictures and was there for about 4 hours. I would definetly use them again. They do have a website usinspect.com

Us Inspect did the inspection on the property I was buying in Rumson. Fast, professional, curtious. I believe it cost $400 and included the termite inspection as well. As far as attorneys I can only recommend the one who represented the the sellers in my sale. He was very thorough. (mine was terrible) Mark Leckstein, in Little Silver. There are so many out there its a tough call. Good Luck
