No President will admit they are in a recession until it becomes official. 95% or all CFP's, Financial advisors, CPA's agreed by summer of 2008 that we were already in a recession.
This guy Obama has been in power for literally 1 1/2 months. About 85% of the funding for his stimulus plan won't realistically hit the economy until spring of next year. People who are already blaming him for this economy are the 25% of americans who would rather see him fail even if it brings the country to its knees.
When this people call an " Overweight, College Drop-out, three time divorced" Rush Limbaugh as their messiah- that says it all.
This is a lesson for parents out there. Make sure your children get a college education. Without one, you are more susceptible to these people.
Its not a coincidence that a whopping 79% of Rush Limbaugh & Sean Hannity followers only have a high school diploma. Rush & Sean both only have a high school diploma. Its like the blind leading the blind.

I don't listen to Rush or Hannity, I have a Masters degree and I am NO BETTER than someone with "only" a high school diploma. The fact that you think those with "only" a high school diploma are stupid, cannot think for themselves, etc. is disgusting.
BTW-I know people with "only" a high school diploma who are far better people and more intelligent than those with Masters degrees.

And it is a microcosm of their greater belief: they are better people, they know what's best for overall society. The elite few have full license to rule over the masses, in their little world.

Agreed, Elle, but these people are inconsequential. If the masses ignore them, they will go away. Seriously, who is going to put legitimate stock into public policy abdicated by a radio talk show host? Why is your side of the political aisle even concerned about these people? Their ultimate goal is not to dictate policy, believe it or not, it is to sell products, like cars and magazine subscriptions.
If you don't like the content of the radio or television format, you can a) turn it off, or b) change the station! It's called freedom of choice, and it's one of the principles on which this country was founded. I don't get hung up on the political slantings of FOX news or CNN, or whatever. I choose not to listen to any of the crap. That's my choice.

You're right for doing so. And I don't listen to any of that stuff. In fact, one day I went out a bit and I leave the radio on. When I came home I realized Limbaugh was on and I was like "I'm so, so sorry doggie!" LOL
I could give a rats bum about Rush... but it's gotten some press lately. And despite the #'s that listen to him, if he really had the clout he desired, I don't think we'd be saying President Obama these days.
I ignore it. Just an FYI, there is a difference. Though I loathe Hannity's opinions, I think he's a decent human being. Rush, is another story. And I don't like Bill Mahr either. LOL I do like David Gergen......
