Default Long Valley, place for communion party

Hello all,

Does anybody know of a restaurant or place in towns, long valley, chester, mendham that I could book a small party for a 1st communion? Also, with reasonable, affordabale prices?

Thanks!

How many people? A few suggestions would be Minebrook Golf Club, Long Valley Pub & Brewery and Redwoods. You can also look into Chester Fire House, they have a nice hall on the second floor. You would need to provide your own food and beverages there.

Minebrook might be a little too big then, not sure if they have a minimum. But call them anyway, the food is good and they put together really nice packages for decent prices. DH and I had a party there a couple months ago with about 45-50 people and we were very impressed.

Because there was a number limit and 35 of the 48 were family. I only had my parents, the other 33 were DH's family. Those darn rednecks...they breed like rabbits ya know.

Whatever happened to a few relatives and friends in the backyard or basement? That's what we did for parties when I was a kid. Seriously, I went to my niece's Sweet 16 party last summer and it was bigger and more luxurious than most weddings.
