Thanks everyone! He slept well on his first night but was refusing to eat so I got on all 4's and pretended like I was eating out of his bowl and that seemed to do the trick. I left him alone for a few hours today and he did really well. Just a shoe was out of place but that's most likely due to him tripping over his gigantic paws - but he's my buddy! Ok ok ok just one last picture of Henry before I have to take this to the pets forum.

No actually a good move. Adopting/having a pet improves the quality of your life..proven fact. They just had a piece on this on eyewitness news how having a pet improves the quality of your life

OMG, I LOVE that face!

Congratulations! We have only adopted our many dogs through the years through shelters and fostering.

If you were closer, I'd suggest a play date with my two knucklheads, Alex and Cha Cha.
