Default A good mall for teenagers

What would you say is the best mall for teenagers (we're starting out from Clinton and want to keep the drive to under 1 Hour). Short hills is too expensive, Bridgewater is OK but it's our closest so been there done that, Phillisburg is... hmmm, not great, and that's all we've done so far. Any suggestions?

I guess the question is "good for teenagers to do what"? Are you looking for a mall to buy them clothes in, or someplace for them to hang out in?

every mall in America is a great place for teenagers. believe me... i would know . i grew up in Bridgewater, so I know and love that mall. clearly you haven't been there recently because they just updated it with a new food court (i liked the old one better b/c it had that Greek place) and they added in new stores (like hollister ).

you also mentioned the Phillipsburg mall... not really a fan of that one. i can name you millions of them. problem is I don't think any of them are close to you. perhaps you could try the Rockaway mall, it's very popular amongst us North Jerseyans. i currently live in mendham and that's where people go. there's also Willowbrook and Livingston, but those would be a hike from where you are, there in Wayne and Livingston. there's a lot in Paramus, that would be a day's adventure though. You got the Garden state plaza up there, and at least two or three others that I don't know the name of. If you wanna look down towards South Jersey, you got the Woodbridge mall, I don't know how far that would be for you. And there's also the Toms River mall which is awesome.

If they skate go to one with skating, good arcade with a good foodcourt book stores nearby and theater. I remember Moorestown (burlington county) actually mall wasn't big but they had all that stuff which made it the choice.

I thought rural kids hung out in the woods? That's what we always did. A bonfire is a hell of a lot more fun the mall.

Yeah, down this way it is. I tried for years to get my kid to like the woods - camping, fishing, hiking, geocaching, anything to make him appreciate the outdoors. He didn't look thrilled.

Now he's the man. He picks the campsite, builds the fire, cooks over it. He off-roads with his friends and takes them to the many places that I dragged him to in his youth. "The cultivated blueberry industry started in the New Jersey Pinelands..."

Sorry. Back to your mall search.
