Why not? He knows far more then you. When you can be helpful to others questions then you can speak up, otherwise _________ ____. Fill in the blank.

Really? Since I actually live in the Borough (and have since before your last experience here), how, pray tell, could you possibly know "far more" than I do?
I've posted about the town on the board previously, and since the OP has seen my posts, I see absolutely no reason to repeat myself.
And Clare and Coby's is in South Amboy (at the junction of RTs 9 and 34, y'all) and 9 and 18 intersect north of Texas Road. (Morganville, methinks....) Thanks for playing, though, and have a REAL _____ day. (Fill in the blank.)

It's not a problem...just something to be aware of. You definitely should have your own representation though. I haven't seen the inside in person, but from the pictures and description, I still think the price is a little high.
Here's the history of the home: The home was originally listed in June 2007 for $629,900. It was withdrawn in November 2007 and then relisted in Feb 2008 for $570,000. Then it expired at $549,900 and was relisted again 2/2/09 at 519k and reduced to 499k. Oh, and they purchased it in 2000 for 270k. I'm not saying you should offer anywhere near 270, lol, but just have your agent provide you with comps the best he/she can so you can make a smart offer. Good luck! I would say let us know how it goes but I'll be tracking it in MLS

Sorry Rue. I only belong to Middlesex and Monmouth/Ocean MLS. Send me a PM with the address though and I'll see if someone else in my office belongs to Garden MLS at our office meeting tomorrow.

Marlboro - Grew up there since the late 70's. It has changed for the worse..Overcrowding, stuck up, abnoxious people in there brand new gas guzzlers, lexus, etc. Trash now. Got out and never will return.
As for Freehold Boro - Dutch lane area is nice. However, the surrounding area is not. I would not drop half a mill for that area. Keep searching.

Jeez..Something must be wrong if people are only staying in this house such as short time.
