Default How is the part of Hasbrouck Heights next to Lodi?

Hello everyone,
We recently moved from south Jersey and knew little about this area. We saw a house on Ottawa Ave of Hasbrouck Heights, just a few houses down is the border of Lodi. I've searched this board and read a few interesting discussion of Lodi. Now my question is, how is this particular part of HH? Any bad influence from the neighboring town?

you might get a little "spillover", but not bad at all.

HH has an invisible fence, if you know what I mean...

You have to understand too that the "nicer" part of Lodi borders HH. Now, that said, most of NJ has great towns that are a stones throw from a not so great town....

was it one of the two new homes on Austin ?

the builder/realtor bought that lot, tore down the old house, then sub-divided...

he's looking to make a killing, I hope he chokes on them !
