What are the general ranges on property taxes for:

Monmouth County
Ocean County
Middlesex County

Hmm. I just guessing here, but I think the lowest taxes in general will be in Ocean County.

I can tell you as a resident of Middlesex County, Monroe Township has the lowest taxes in the county and great schools. It is conveniently located and your property size is larger so it would be relevant to Ocean Cty as the property is smaller. Put it this way in Monroe you can pay anywhere from $3500 (on existing home 50-75sq x 100 sq lot) to $14000+(new home). Again the average is about $6000 for a nice size property and 3 bd home. My friend pays $4000 in Little Egg and there is virtually nothing around. Highest in Middlesex is either East Brunswick or Woodbridge which are traffic nightmares!!
