Default Real estate/lease lawyer recommendation in union county?! Please help!!

I need help! i signed a lease with my now ex boyfriend for a 1 year for a 1 br apt. he recently moved out and refuses to pay rent and has since ignored my calls and emails and i cant afford to pay rent alone for the rest of the year. I need a recommendation of a lease/real estate lawyer in Union County, NJ so i can take him to court and sue for the remainder of his half of the rent for the year. Has anyone had any good experiences with local lawyers, can be in Essex or any other nearby counties also. i just need a good lawyer who has experience with these kinds of issues.

Not sure what the total amount of damages would be here, but this may be something you can handle on your own in small claims court. Just FYI - it's probably not going to be cost-effective for you to use a lawyer for this, IMO.
