Ok I'll bite. What the hell is a cookie diet? And dont say eating all the cookies you want and lose weight.

I think they are a meal replacement, if I'm not mistaken. Your instructed to eat a cookie (which is basically a slimfast drink made into a cookie - you get the picture here) So instead of having eggs, toast and coffee in the morning - You eat a cookie!! Now isn't that fun.

Now go get your clothes off the BoFlex, they're dry now! (Sorry couldn't resist)

I started weight watchers about a week ago... it's the only diet that works for me plus you get to eat REAL food...and they let you have beer . I lost 3.4 lbs my first week
