Prefered A/C, in Montvale, NJ. His name is Bob. He is a nice guy, did an excellent job installing cental air in an old craftsman, honest, good work. Also good price. Tell him your neighbors (old) Rich and Marilyn on Large ave, hillsdale recommended. You will like this guy.

Try Byram Heating and A/C- ask for a guy named Nick. Supposedly does great work and is very inexpensive. He is a little spacey in small talk, but he knows his stuff when it comes to cooling.
We are going to use him this year- he only uses Trane or Rheem, cant remember and the price to do our house (no ducts, 1.5 ton compressor) was just over $5k.

No duct work? 1.5 Ton compressor??? Are you considering a Sanyo Unit? If so, $5K sounds high... maybe give "Wiley" a call

1.5 ton is way too small for your house! Rull of thumb is 1 ton per 500 sf of living space but you also need to take into consideration the age of the house (insulation rating, windows, etc)... it's positioning (south, north, etc). I think you need to call the experts
