The Italian Riveria is an excellent deli. Great sandwiches.
I also tried a new place that just opened on w. prospect in Waldwick called Angeliki's. Greek take out. It was really good. nice alternative to pizza or chinese.

I got a gyro from Angeliki's a couple of weeks ago. Good, but the pita was a bit burned. The menu is also extremely limited. Chicken Kebab in Glen Rock has better gyros and a much more extensive menu at comparable prices. The owner's a great friendly guy too.

DITTO! In addition to the menu items mentioned for AB&G, they have a nice Sunday brunch.

And a great pasta buffet on Tuesday nights! Jean, the chef, is a real cool dude too.

I agree that the menu could be beefed up. It is definitively very limited. I thoroughly enjoyed the gyro i got from Angeliki's however. Getting a filling lunch for $5 works for me. Glen Rock is a bit of a trip just to get a quick lunch. Angeliki's delivers also which will come in handy in the future (havent had anything delivered yet)

True. And it is a nice addition to Waldwick, which doesn't have any other Greek/Mediterranean restaurants in town. I did think the meat was very good, they just gotta keep an eye on those pitas and add some more stuff to the menu! And the prices are fair. And delivery is genius. I wish Chicken Kebab delivered!
Plus, they're next door to kick-butt Lee Garden for take-out Chinese, so in one stop, you can put together an eclectic dinner for everyone!
