Apartment. Maple Shade/Cinnaminson/Moorestown
We're looking into apartments in these areas, and I'm hoping for some help. We found a nice place in Palmyra, it's 2 bedrooms for $1065 + electric. I really don't want to place my daughter in Palmyra schools, so I was hoping to find something around the same price in Maple Shade/Cinnaminson/Moorestown, because I am comfortable with their schools.
Maple Shade; Does anyone know anything about the apartments over top of the businesses on Main Street? Some look a little old and rundown, but there's a building right on the corner of Forklanding and Main Street that looks newer, I was wondering if those are apartments up top?
Cinnaminson; I found online a website claiming the rent for a 2 bedroom at "Camelot in Cinnaminson Harbour" for around $900. I can't believe this is true. I've seen most other places in the Harbour for around $1500, which is out of my price range. Cinnaminson is the ideal town for us, because we currently live here, but there aren't alot of rentals to work with.
Moorestown; I have heard of a place in Moorestown called Winestead, I believe. I was wondering what anyone knows about that place. I probably can't afford much else in Moorestown.
Overall, we're looking for a 2 bedroom, close to $1000 a month. Hopefully with heat included. And obviously, the cheaper the better. But we want something nice. We have a three year old and I want to know we're in a safe, comfortable, place with good schools.

Maple Shade isn't that much of an upgrade (if any) from Palmyra schoolwise IMO.

Stay out of Maple Shade, most apts in Maple Shade are spotty and the schools aren't great. I'd probably go with Cinnaminson but also check out Mount Laurel. Those apts in Moorestown are right off a major road and not in the best area of town.
