moving to belleville nj (renting, house, buying)

[SIZE=3]And I had read a lot of negatives about Belleville as a town[/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]And also about the high school[/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]Is this town really bad? I m really concern since I have two teenagers at home.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]Can anyone tell me about van houten pl. neigborhood?[/SIZE]

Belleville is another middle class town. I think it gets bashed mostly on the misconception of bordering newark which is unfortunate. If your teens are half bright the highschool should be smooth sailing, the average student passed both math and english of the hspa the first time, math barely.

If you know so little, why would you be buying now?
Renting makes more sense.
You say nothing of your "teenagers" in regard to the type of education they have received thus far. This may not be a big change for them or it could be huge.
