Default parking in Haddonfield

I am thinking of moving to Haddonfield to an apartment located on North Haddon Ave b/n the 2 PATCO stations, but I am very confused about the parking situation. There is permit parking, but are we allowed to leave cars there overnight? Where are these "permit parking lots" located? How do I find free parking? What happens in a snow emergency? Also, the prices for the parking lots are confusing, some say $137 every quarter and some say $30 if you pick 1 lot.

Does anyone have any parking experience in Haddonfield?

I don't live in Haddonfield; I'm just trying to make some sense of this. Go to haddonfieldnj.org, select Parking Map by Quick Links, upper left.

The apartment building you're considering has no parking lot or dedicated space for tenants? I think that they would have to offer something, but who knows.

The permit parking/lot rates that you're quoting are from the public parking brochure. There are metered spots for day visitors. I think that the permit spots are probably for people who work in haddonfield, live elsewhere, and need dedicated lot space.

I don't think that you'll be using the public lots on a daily basis. There's a phone number on the web page...or contact building management and ask about parking.

I know some apt buildings in haddonfield don't offer any parking for their tenants. You can park on most residential streets during the day for free but I believe you need a special permit to park overnight. I would definitely contact the borough for more info.
