Selling low? Not long ago those houses were selling for $175k. Now asking prices are between $350 - $400k.

They are prefabricated and have no basements. Not exactly quality construction.

but homes are built in the 80s for 175k is ok.
in piscataway , same homes are 50k higher.

ahh...will look for any quality defects in such homes..
that makes sense why 2 homes are priced differently even though they have same options and are same year built.
