Where to look for a rental in Millburn /Chatham (real estate, rentals)

I want to rent a house in Chatham or Millburn. I have been looking at gsmls.com and craigslist. Are there other sites that specailize in rentals that I should be checking out.

You may also want to try a real estate agent in these areas. Since you are looking to rent, you most likely wouldn't have to pay a fee. With some places, the owners pay the commission. In these times, probably more so.

On the craigslist site there is posting for "housing wanted". We posted our wants for a home to rent on it a received a few responses from people who had homes to rent.
I think paying a fee "usually 1 months rent" is a royal rip off. Give it a try
