Default Jakes Branch Park - Beachwood - Photos

What a beautiful place!
Lots of pines!

Thick, Cedar Swamps of majestic Atlantic White Cedar.

Areas burned by wildfire making great recovery!

The developed portion of the park is also nice.

Thanks for the photos. There was an article in a local paper (either APP of Press of AC) about this park which was pretty interesting. It's hard to imagine that 10 minutes away is the hustle and bustle of Toms River (population 95K) and Seaside Heights, plus Barnegat Bay.

Makes you appreciate NJ!
