Default Can't read parking ticket - East Rutherford
Hi. I live in East Rutherford and received a parking ticket. I just got a second car and haven't had a chance to get a parking sticker, so I have been using the visitor's pass, which I forgot to put on the dashboard. I know why I received the ticket, but I can not read a single word on the ticket that the cop wrote. All of the ink is completely faded. Is there any argument I can use to avoid paying for this ticket?
