Yah, we get that the prices are also driven by market, but 20% increase in 1 year does not make sense. Also, is the quality of the house materials worth $685K?

To me, it looks like another bubble just waiting to burst there.

Price increast at Hallmark is not at all justifiable
i am happy that if everyone unites it has to come down

Or else even if prices dont come down who cares

nobody is buying it either

why not to buy little older house with all updates with that kind of money

Right now it is average school system and if it dont perform great in future
Your house will not be appreciated.

Not only that $684K dont give u all
you have to add atleast 50-60K for that house to look what you want

It is not at all worth in Monroe to spend that much money

FWIW- this school district was rated 39th in NJ state (out of 600+ school districts) and 1500 across USA in this years' US News and World Report school Rankings.

Surprised to see that South Brunswick didn't make the cut.

What you need to look at is Math and Literacy Avg

Which is not great

it was ranked 39 since it ended up getting Silver medal

if you look at Other school Districts avg in Math and Literacy is more than 3.2

You need to look at other things too

My point is $684K is overpriced in Monroe Plus another 50 to 60K for upgrades which is killing

This is bubble and not going to sustain. People use common sense, something that was worth 550-600 how can it be worth 700 suddenly no matter how much northeast the house is facing. I think this is more about peer pressure, desire to be in the same community as your friend than market condition. This is awesome community but Monroe has so many option which provides better value.
