I am a first time home buyer looking to purchase a condo in JC at a decent price in a good location. I work in downtown JC so I would like to have a pretty short commute as well as make an investment in a property as JC is being built up.
Does anyone have any insight as to how the area is around Harrison Ave or in the Lincoln Park Area? I provided a link to the Condos I am referring if anyone can provide their opinion on this area it would be greatly appreciated!!
