Well I can only speak for Essex County but I think most of the dangerous projects have been torn down. Growing up I always heard a lot about Prince St projects being really bad.

You are referring to maple gardens located on grove and springfield in irvington.

right, so what you think? Irvington has the highest amount of crime in the state so would you say it possibly has the most dangerous projects as well?

prince st still has a bad stigma.

i would push for the pennington projects or seth boyden projects (both newark for those unfamiliar).

I would add Stella Wright and Bradley Courts to that list. I've been out of NJ so long I've forgotten the names of places.
