BMWs? I see old Camry's, Kia's, Hyundai's all over the road, I don't know what people you are talking about that splurge all their money on cars and iphones.

Temporary situation. Unemployment pays out more than $1,400/month.

Unemployement lasts how long? Then what? Companies still aren't hiring... and again god forbid if there is any medical emergency cause then you are unemployed with no health coverage... Or is healthcare a luxury too?

there is far more to the north half of NJ than financial services: - utilities/energy companies
- chemical companies
- pharmaceutical companies
- commerce movment (i.e. ports, CSX)
if NYC is indeed in a "panick" as you believe, a sure way for those companies to save money is to set up shop across the river in NJ...

Anyone else you can list that we can rob? Hint list any company you want and check their careers section to see if they are hiring.

its funny (to me), the people who i knew that splurged on silly stuff like that were my friends in brooklyn who lived with their parents with crappy jobs. in their upbringing college was optional and they can live with their parents forever.
my friends from college are more responsible, have better jobs and dont buy the hottest stuff. different culture, my brooklyn friends were nice enough people but not like me.

im not sure who johnny is. lots of people will inherit money i guess but thats probably concentrated among the few (%-wise). i stand to inherit a nice chunk but im still young, whose to say there wont be a 99.9% inheritance tax when my old man kicks the bucket.
