I personally like Levin, but he can't capture the votes in Bergen Lafayette, Greenville, or the Heights, so he won't win.

No longer live there but have family still there and strong ties
I pick Healy because the voters in JC have always been dumb....lead like sheep to the slaughter
Hope I'm wrong on this one because Healy is like as you once called someone else...JoJo the circus clown

It seems as though there is voter apathy:

This is why cities, by and large, are saddled with mediocrity and horse$hit. 20% is frankly, a disgrace.

LOL! Healy won in a landslide. Ya know what? F Jersey City, and F New Jersey. This is the biggest bunch of mentally challenged dolts I have ever lived with.

What the hell is wrong with these people? Taxes in JC weren't high enough for ya, or was there not enough Section 8 housing where crime just festers.

Unfrigginbelieveable.

when you live in an urban environment, you simply have too much going on in your life to be bothered with something as mundane as voting...

That is how the machine politician wins. Healy is a convicted drunk that was arrested and a known drunk that shows up all the time at meetings drunk. Photos of him nude and drunk sitting balls ass naked on his porch are all over the internet and he still wins overwhelmingly. He spent over a million dollars of crony money to get 10,000 votes. People drive to the projects and pay people to vote. Menendez and Corzine came out to endorse him and support him. And people wonder why Jersey sucks. Do I need to say more?

Hoboken Guy- welcome to JC politicsGuess what. They are sending the tax bills out on Thursday with double digit increases. They were mispplaced up until 15 minutes ago. The feds should swarm in and lock all these thieves up. Oh thats right these things that are illegal in others states are legal in NJ.
