Conucopia in Keyport. I haven't gotten up there in a while. How has the food been lately? I miss going up there. I also like stopping at the Anchor Inn I guess its technically in Union Beach when I'm up there.

Default Indian Cuisine

Any restaurant that serves Indian cuisine is among my favorites. There are several in Morris County and they all have a lunch buffet that is a delightful experience.

Carat98 is on a distinguished road
Smile Conti's in Princeton is another great pizza place!

"Arthur's Landing in Weehawken was tremendous for the views and the food - Italian again, I think."

Love this place also.

Default ah food...........

one of my favorite subjects:

petridis hotdogs in bayonne (with a yoo-hoo please)

howard's in beach haven terrace

gaetano's in willingboro for cheesesteak and subs (oops, hoegies if you're from that area)

silver spring farm in flanders (awesome filet - rivals the ruth chris' of the country)

bageleddies in ship bottom for the.worlds.best.bagels. (with rein's deli in vernon ct a very close 2nd)

Seranade in Chatham - $500 for 4 of us - but great for a special occasion.

and...for a gastronomical-once-in-a-lifetime-event - The Ryland Inn in Whitehouse Station. Probably my all-time best meal, but at nearly $250/head , it's not your everyday "lets go out to eat!" place.

I believe this diner was featured in the HBO movie "Hysterical Blindness" (great diner, horrible movie )
- Gena Rowlands was a waitress there......

[quote=mike0421;556018] Gaettanos in various southern NJ locations for cheesesteaks. Long Valley Brew pub is yet another good one.

QUOTE]

i agree with and mentioned gaetano's too - i believe they are consistantly voted best cheesesteaks - over any philly place. LV Brew Pub is ok, my last meal there was so-so, which disappoints me, since I live here. However, I hear the beer is really very good (I don't like beer).
