As a Rutgers alumni, I must agree. There is nothing that tastes better at 4 in the morning after a night of partying than food from the grease trucks.

Don't know about the grease trucks at Rutgers, but I definitely miss the "roach coaches" that I bought from at various docks where I loaded/unloaded (Am I referring to the same thing?) I'd kill for one of those breakfast sandwiches again...!

For a great burger and other goodies try the reastaurant at Sky Manor Airport in Pittstown, good food and a nice, family run place.

I vote for the fat itch from the grease trucks - always kept me going all day...hahaha - cheap but very worth it - some names might have changed due to the lil RU conspiracy.

Check out their Wiki.
