Its my challenge to anybody here to find out a single negative about south brunswick. As far as its property tax and house prices are concern its bargain compared to any other township of that caliber.

It is most centrally located township, with excellent access to big highways, northeast corridor, excellent schools, close to princeton and rutgers, close to shore, close to NYc and philadelphia, lowest crime rate, decent open space, family atmosphere, sorrunded by other decent towns, close to big hospitals

BTW my disclaimer, I dont have or planning to buy a house in south brunswick

I do not know much about the Atlantic City area so I will not comment on it. Newark, Jersey City, Camden, Trenton and Paterson are core bad cities in NJ. Many of you will disagree and I am not saying Irvington, East Orange and Orange are nice places they are horrible. All their problems though, stem from the big core city next to the them. Newark would be the best example the part of Irvington that borders Newark is worse then the part that touches Union. Newark basically made (East Orange, Orange, Irvington) the horrible crime infested places they now are.

Btw, Union should not even be on this list. to make it tier 2? I know it has vauxhall but Union is overall a safe town. Hillside, Rahway, Linden are a lot more dangerous then Union ( and only parts of those towns are bad). I am not saying Union is as nice as other comparable towns but it does not even belong on this list.

but aren't there many factors to think about like lifestyle, the people that a person associates with, where one lives and economics, among others?
