OakRidge Section of Colonia
Just curious how it is? I have noticed about 4 to 5 houses for Sale in the section of Colonia alone? Do any of you know what happened that has caused soo many residents to put their homes up for sale? I see about 4 houses on Cypress Drive alone? Any info you could provide would be of great help.

I have a friend who's parents lived on Cypress Drive- it's a nice, quiet area. I don't know what caused 4 houses to be for sale there at once, though that's not really a shocking number actually, but it could have been that people bought a few years ago by getting mortgages that they couldn't really afford, and now that's a problem. That's something that is occuring everywhere though- it's not just on Cypress Drive in Colonia.

I think that's the norm for that section for this time of year. A lot of houses in a horseshoe, on small lots, on top of each other, no parking and they all look the same. Close to shopping and schools.

It's a safe area, I just don't like having people right on top of me. Go a street or two in back of that section and the lots get a little bigger and people aren't parking all over the street.
