Default Where to build in South Jersey

Hi. We are looking to build a new home around Egg Harbor Twp. We had been looking at a Ryan Homes Development but research on the net has really scared us away from them. Any good suggestions for building in the area? We would like a development-type environment as we have young kids. Thanks

You can check out Bruce Paparone, local SJ builder. He is reputable and builds a quality home with quality construction. He doesn't build that far out to the shore but he does build in Gloucester County.

Curious as to why you were scared away from Egg Harbor Twnsp? That area seems so up and coming. Guess there is good and bad in every neighborhood. Schools, etc. Think Ryan homes has been around quite a while and of course Hovnanian just keeps on building. I remember when Berkeley township was considered rural and home construction moved south through Barnegat south they are all finally getting their own exits north and south on parkway. Wish you luck.
