Also....if your purchasing in Cherry Hill.....definitely get a radon test......especially if the house is in the 08003 zip code......that includes anything south of Route 70.......Old Orchard, anything off Springdale Road, Marlkress Road, Willowdale, Woodcrest and Downs Farm !!!
