I know people who have used the White Meadow Lake Country Club and they have caterers.......
Very pretty there also...... ( Rockaway, NJ)
In PA just over the border in the Wind Gap area is the Plainfielf Twp Fire Co Banquet facilities.........
Big, big, beautiful room with nice lighting. For up to 550 people. They have their own caterer. it is on Sullivan Trail, in Wind Gap........ www.plainfieldfireco.com If you wouldn't mind about a 15 min. ride from the border of NJ
A place simular to this was up by Stillwater, NJ( in that area.).........It was a pretty chalet building......( anyone know about the name ) They use to cater and hold big parties.
BTW my anniversary is February 4th!!
If you know someone whos development has a clubhouse.........you can usually rent that!
Lake Mohawk has a country club, on the lake that they rent and cater in.....very pretty......up in Sparta.
The Farmstead up in Andover use to have wedding catering, not sure it would hold 200 though......

Hey OP - congratulations! Can you provide a little more info? Do you know where the ceremony will take place yet, can you narrow the counties you would be considering and MOST important... how much do you want to spend per head?

I got married in September 2006 at the Skylands in Randolph and it was awesome. The service they provided was awesome. We had 2 servers just for us. They took care of everything and I all I had to do was smile (to many pictures being taken). It was also one of the more reasonably priced places we had come across.

1st wedding - Perona Farms in Andover, about 100 people. Very nice, excellent food and nice grounds. Pricey, $120/head ten years ago in April of 1999. We had our ceremony there as well. Too bad the marriage didn't work out as nice as the wedding.
2nd wedding - Mine Brook Golf Club in Hackettstown, about 45 people. Good food and a decent enough place. Not super fancy, but not a VFW hall. Reasonably priced, $60/head 4 months ago in January 2009. Did not have the ceremony there although they can accomodate it. We were married in Las Vegas last Novemeber.
