Which Jersey shore town would you pick...
...to spend the summer in if it was an all expense paid summer?
For example, you won a contest and your prize is a three months paid, four bedroom condo in a Jersey shore town of your choosing. Which one do you choose if these are your options?

Depends on the audience. College kids? A date? A trip w/ the wife and kids? The shore towns all have their niches.

It doesn't matter. Just whatever would suit you. So what'll it be?

You are exactly right. But, Avalon may be the best all-around choice. There is something here for everyone. You can't beat the beaches. There is a great selection of properties in all price ranges, from $800 September weeks to properties that would blow your mind for $18000/wk. There are great fishing areas. Great restaurants, bar scene, and shopping, etc, etc, etc. Plus you are only about 1/2hr to Atlantic City, Ocean City, or Wildwood. I guess I am partial to Avalon because I work there. If you want more info on Avalon, message me.

this is a thinkly disguised 'where do I buy a shore house to get the most return on my investment ' thread. So, have you purchased that condo in Ocean City yet? it appears to have won your poll. LOL

That was a hard one....... Having spent a week in Wildwood every summer for the past 16 years, this was my first choice since I know it well. It would be easy, wouldn't have to think about where to find anything. However, Cape May came in a close second, just love Cape May County as a whole. If only...........
