never seen the bond market like today...ever. wow, i think the mortgage rates will start to go very soon. This is very bad.

cnbc has some info, but i dont think the article fully explained how bad the bond market was today.

If you are going to refinance do it NOW. The mortgage rates have bottomed out and now its back up.

Ohh no please that wont happen, just ask JG. People can barely afford homes now dont you know when rates go up things will just change like magic.

Yes, buy now before the prices really collapse.

And before the US dollar collapses and turns the entire US into detroit... Sure buy a house with land away from the city, but in NJ... better hope this guy actually gets one wrong:

If you got scared today, I'd hate to see you when the bond market explodes. US treasuries are currently the biggest ponzi scheme alive.
