Go to the NJ Transit website, they have train maps, bus routes and also a way to combine them to plan a trip. There is a train up that way but I think from Dover you'd have to switch somewhere and also make sure you select the saturday or whatever day it is for the schedule.

Might be a Morris County bus to Willowbrook and another up to Paramus too. They will have the schedules of all that.

Well NJ Transit comes up with a trip of 2 hours to take a train from Dover to Wayne then 2 buses,a 748 and a 141, 1 to Paterson & the last to GS Plaza.
I would search further, for instance I think the 709 bus runs from Bloomfield RR to Paramus, etc.

Looks like SOME trains from Dover go direct to Bloomfield, then you can catch a 709 bus that is going to take about 2 hrs 15 mins or longer anyway.

Anyway here's the train map http://www.njtransit.com/pdf/rail/Rail_System_Map.pdf

Here's a trip planner New Jersey Transit

Here's the 709 bus schedule http://www.njtransit.com/pdf/bus/T0709.pdf

Maybe train it to Secaucus from Dover then take a train from there up towards your destination in Bergen County.

GS Plaza Mall is in between the Broadway Fairlawn RR station on that yellow Bergen County line and the New Bridge landing RR station on the violet Pascack Valley RR line on that train map.

Almost close enough to the Broadway station to walk, but the trains will take at least 2 hours or more to get there, just check the station to station page.
