Default NJ Property Taxes

Having not lived in NJ for the past 18 years, I am curious to know the property tax rate in Cumberland County, specifically the Millville area. A new community (Forest Walk) is being built in this area with houses starting in the $270,000 range. What would be the property tax rate?
