i am not totally new to new jersey but i dont know much outside my bubble of a world so id like some input.

anyway, i am 28 and live with my wife who married me for my money and she isnt working. she is doing lunches with the ladies while i work like a slave for the man. ok, back to the subject at hand.

i work in brooklyn, i currently am living in my old man's house in lovely morganville nj. i go to long beach island a lot in the summertime and my mother lives in holmdel. so i am looking to be conveniently located to morganville and holmdel. so basically close to the parkway, could be up as far as clark or down as far as lincroft. i would like my commute to be a little better than my current commute. i feel if i can cut out the rt 9 piece ill be happier (not that im unhappy now, im very happy i just want more happiness).

i really enjoy the beauty of open spaces with lots of green grass and calm peaceful roads to drive along. i have an incredibly cute dog that i enjoy taking to dog parks and walking around place with lots of people. i go to thompson park a lot now and we also go to the jersey shore outlets and wherever we can take her with us.

i do not like diversity very much. i would like the greatest % of whites possible and i would prefer those whites speak english like its their first language. school system doesnt really concern me much. we are planning to have a kid soon but i think we have a while before we worry about schools.

i am an anti-government radical. taxes make me furious. which is a shame because i live in nj. however, it keeps my housing budget to preferably under 600k. i can afford more but i dont want to pay the government more than 10k a year in tax money. they didnt earn it, i did.

oh im not sure if its clear, i am not middle class. im upper middle, so not looking for a blue collar area. i am snobby and look down on everybody. my top consideration now is holmdel. i wouldnt mind morganville, marlboro, manalapan, freehold but those places are a little worse on the commute than my current situation.

You should live in Narnia and ride to Brooklyn on your talking unicorn.

There's some prime land between Bonner's Ferry and Sandpoint Idaho, some of it, in fact, lake front near Pond O'Reille. It's absolutely beautiful there, and relatively cheap. But it's a long way from Brooklyn.
