I would say in general that prices are going to be coming down a good amount more. But if you are looking to spend only like $200,000 on a house, it might come down another $20,000, but it probably isnt worth waiting with the low interest rates and $8000 credit.

Dosen’t matter. Look at where the concentration of foreclosures are, I wouldn’t want to live in "those" areas.

I believe it depends on unemployment and what further job losses there will be.
