Any idea about this community/area? I see lots of sales in this area. :-) Planning to see some homes here.

I really like the area. Its closed off to major traffic (you'd only be in there if you lived there) and they have a tennis court and pool and basketball. The area is pretty safe and you're in the part of town with the best schools (Conackamack Middle). It's close to the library and across the street from Society Hill. Best area for trick-or-treating, thats for sure!

HeHe... yesterday we drove by the place. Castle pointe is surrounded by graves.. .. a bit scary..

Thanks for the info otherwise :-) Do you have any idea, whats the current price there?

LOL yes - there's a big cemetary, but honestly, it doesn't bother me anymore and you can't see any of it from the development. I meant good trick or treating because there are a lot of homes in a small area hahahaa. But yes, it can creep people out Good luck!
